Lucinda Creighton TD is Minister for European Affairs at the Department of the Taoiseach and Foreign Affairs & Trade. In October 2012, she was elected as Vice- President of the European People's Party (EPP) . She represents the constituency of Dublin South East.  

First elected to the Dáil in 2007, she has served as Fine Gael Deputy Spokesperson on Justice & Law Reform with Special Responsibility for Immigration, Integration and Equality, and was also Deputy Spokesperson on Foreign Affairs.   Lucinda is a former member of Dublin City Council.  

Some other facts on Lucinda:   Lucinda was born and raised in Claremorris in Co. Mayo. She is the daughter of John and Mary Creighton. Lucinda qualified as an Attorney of Law for the State of New York. She was a coordinator for the Democratic Party in the US in 2001. She completed her training as a barrister in 2007. Lucinda is married to Senator Paul Bradford
