Kieran O'Donnell TD

Kieran was elected to the Dáil in February 2011. He was appointed Deputy Spokesperson on Enterprise, Trade and Innovation with Special Responsibility for Enterprise & Employment in October 2010. He was previously Deputy Spokesperson on Finance, with Special Responsibility for Freedom of Information, Procurement Reform and the Office of Public Works from October 2007. Kieran is a member of the Mid-West Regional Authority and Limerick Market Trustees. He is on the Planning and Transport Strategic Policy Committees of Limerick County Council.

Kieran is married to Phil and has four children. He is a qualified chartered accountant with his own practice and has an honours Business Studies degree from UL.

O’Donnell welcomes creation of 270 new manufacturing jobs at Ethicon in Limerick

Fine Gael Limerick TD, Kieran O’Donnell, has welcomed the announcement that 270 new high-end jobs are to be created at Ethicon Biosurgery in the National Technological Park in Limerick as a result of an €80 million investment by the company.

O’Donnell urges Limerick enterprises to attend tomorrow’s Taking Care of Business event

Fine Gael Limerick TD, Kieran O’Donnell, is encouraging local entrepreneurs and businesspeople to attend the ‘Taking Care of Business’ event which takes place tomorrow (Tuesday) in the Strand Hotel from 8.30am to 2.30pm. A total of 25 Government agencies will be on hand at the event to offer advice on how small businesses can access the supports they need to expand and create jobs.
