Cllr Anne Feeney

Anne was co-opted to Dublin City Council to represent Rathgar/Rathmines LEA following the election of Kate O’Connell to Dáil Éireann, and was subsequently elected for Kimmage-Rathmines in the 2019 Local Elections.

Anne was born in Dublin and educated at The Holy Faith Convent, The Coombe in Dublin’s inner city and later graduated with an MBA from UCD.

She lives with her husband and two teenage daughters in Terenure.

Anne is a Management Consultant and Mediator, specialising in the area of human resource management and has considerable experience of working with clients in the public, private and not for profit sectors.

She has been a member of Terenure Fine Gael for many years, but originally joined Young Fine Gael.

Anne has held officer positions at both Branch and Constituency level, including Chairperson of Dublin Bay South Constituency Officer Board. She is a proud Dubliner, committed to working collaboratively, to achieve the best possible outcomes for people, communities and businesses both locally and in Dublin City overall.
