Declan Doocey

Declan has been a member of Fine Gael since his teens. He was first elected to Waterford County Council in 2004. He is married to Rita and they have two adult children, Aaron and Audrey – between the four of them, they have amassed over 100 years’ service to Fine Gael, holding numerous positions at every level.

He is involved in many local voluntary organisations including Lismore Point to Point, West Waterford Ploughing Association and Boulta Point to Point, to name but a few.
