Funding of €1,065,324 for sports clubs and organisations in Donegal
Minister of State Joe McHugh TD, has said that funding of over €1 million for sports clubs and organisations in Donegal is great news and a great boost for local communities.
Government provides €240,000 for Community Centres in Donegal- McHugh

Donegal farmers to receive €9.425M under the Areas of Natural Constraints Scheme – McHugh
The Department of Agriculture have started to issue €117 million in payments nationally and €9.425,313.69M here in County Donegal under the 2015 Areas of Natural Constraints Scheme. These payments will provide a financial boost for the 4410 farmers in Donegal who have been approved to receive this payment.
Donegal to receive €2,379,000 in funding for social housing – McHugh
“I am very pleased to confirm that Donegal is to receive almost €2.5 million in funding by the Department of Environment, Community and Local Government towards social housing”, says Fine Gael Minister of State and Donegal TD, Joe McHugh.
McHugh encourages Donegal “old young farmers” to apply for National Reserve Fund
