Emily Wallace

Emily is a Fine Gael councillor representing the Mullingar-Coole area.  Emily lives in Gaybrook Miltownpass with her husband Tom and three children. She is originally from Monilea where she found her love of GAA and Hurling helping her dad Peter Curran making hurleys. Emily has proudly represented Westmeath Camogie at County level and is currently a Qualified Camogie Coach well as Assistant Secretary of Westmeath County Camogie Board and Mentor and PRO at Club Level.  Emily holds an Honours Degree in Business Enterprise and works in Mullingar as a Self-Employed Marketing & Research Analyst, specialising in Enterprise, Innovation & New Product Design. Emily and Tom are Thoroughbred Horse Breeders and Suckler to Beef Farmers. Emily is Secretary of the Brosna Art Group, and Parents Association Committee Member of Gainstown Primary School and is involved with the Local Community Games and Community Action Group. Emily played a key role in the successful campaign opposed to the location of Industrial Wind Turbine Development in the Gaybrook/Milltownpass area. Emily Wallace is a community voice and person you can put your trust in.
