Speaking in the Seanad, Fine Gael Senator for Kerry and Government Chief Whip, Paul Coghlan addressed the need for the Minister for the Arts, Heritage and the Gaeltacht, Heather Humphreys to outline the National Parks and Wildlife Service policy with regard to deer in the both Killarney National Park and the wider Kerry area.
