To ask the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government the total anticipated value in 2013 of the local government fund and of the motor tax fund; and if he will make a statement on the matter?
Reply:
The estimated income to the Local Government Fund in 2013, as set out in the Revised Estimates for Public Services 2013published by the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform, is €1.12 billon, of which €1.11 billionrelates to Motor Tax receipts.
