Cummins welcomes Hildegard Naughton to Seanad

Fine Gael Waterford Senator and Seanad Leader, Maurice Cummins, has welcomed the nomination by An Taoiseach, Enda Kenny TD, of Ms Hildegarde Naughton to fill the vacancy in the membership of Seanad Eireann caused by the resignation of Martin McAleese.
“As Fine Gael leader in the Senate, I would like to welcome Hildegarde Naughton to Seanad Eireann. Hildegarde is an excellent public representative and I look forward to her contributing to debate and legislation in Seanad Eireann. I wish her well.”
