Fine Gael statement ahead of talks on review and renewal of Confidence and Supply Agreement

The Fine Gael team leading the forthcoming talks on a review and renewal of the Confidence and Supply Agreement are: Ministers Simon Coveney (Chairman), Paschal Donohoe, Regina Doherty and Deputy Martin Heydon.
An Taoiseach and leader of the Fine Gael party, Leo Varadkar said: “The Fine Gael team looks forward to engaging in talks on a review and renewal of the Confidence & Supply Agreement with the Fianna Fáil Party.
“We are keen to map out and agree what could be achieved across a wide range of policy areas including the economy and jobs, Brexit & Northern Ireland, housing, healthcare, regional development and education, should the Government be facilitated to continue into 2020.
“We enter these talks in good faith with no preconditions.”
