Grace Boland, TD

Constituency: Dublin Fingal West

Grace Boland, TD

Grace Boland is a Fine Gael TD for Dublin Fingal West and a Mum of twin daughters. A lifelong
North County Dubliner, she lives in Skerries and is deeply rooted in the community she
represents.

Elected to Dáil Éireann in 2024, Grace represents one of Ireland’s youngest and fastest growing
constituencies. She is focused on delivering real improvements in everyday life for working
people and families, with a strong emphasis on affordable childcare, quality education,
accessible healthcare and reliable public transport. She believes that as Fingal grows, services
must grow with it.

Grace’s commitment to public service comes from her own experience of balancing work, family
life and supporting an ageing parent. She understands the pressure this places on families and
brings a practical, grounded approach to her work. Since her election, she has stepped away
from her legal practice to devote her full time energy to representing the people of Fingal West
and delivering for her community.

Before entering politics, Grace built a successful career as a solicitor and corporate lawyer,
including senior leadership roles in the financial sector, before establishing her own legal
practice. She worked closely with and supported small and medium sized businesses across
Fingal, shaping her belief that government must be practical, accountable and focused on
delivery.

In Leinster House, Grace serves on the Public Accounts Committee, the Transport Committee
and the Committee on Children and Equality. She has built a strong reputation for detailed
scrutiny and is focused on ensuring taxpayers’ money is spent wisely and that projects are
delivered properly.

As a commuter herself, Grace understands the daily challenges people face across Fingal. She
is a strong advocate for better local bus services linking communities to town centres and rail
lines, improved Dublin Bus and train services and clearer, more reliable communication for
passengers.

As a Mum, she is determined that every child in Fingal has the opportunity to learn in warm,
modern and fit for purpose school buildings, with the supports they need to succeed.
Grace is also committed to encouraging more people to take part in public life. As former Co
Chair of the Fine Gael Women’s Network, she supported more women to step forward into
leadership roles and stand for election. She is also a trustee of Teen-Turn, helping girls from
underserved communities to pursue careers in science, technology, engineering and
mathematics.

A hardworking and accessible representative, Grace Boland is committed to delivering for her
constituents and to building a stronger, more connected and better future for Fingal.
