Marie Baker

Marie is involved at Council Level as chairperson of the Community, Culture and Wellbeing Strategic Policy Committee. She also chairs the Public Arts Steering Committee and the Heritage Forum. Marie is also the chairperson of the Blackrock Tidy Towns Committee and Trustee and chairperson of the 29^th Dublin Blackrock Scout Group. She is a member of the Irish Guide Dogs Association, the Foxrock & District Garden Club, a shoreline member of the RNLI and a member of Blackrock Society.

Besides her community involvement, Marie is a full-time councillor dedicated to dealing with local issues. Marie is married with four children and she lives with her family in Blackrock. Her personal interests include local history, family history, quizzes, golf, badminton and aquafit.
