As a Special Educational Needs Teacher and a Farmer, Garvan brings a wealth of experience to the table. But that’s not all—he’s also spent many years as a Community Development Worker and a Farm Advisor. His interactions span various levels, from local councils to government departments, national bodies, farming organizations, and funders.
