Linkwinstar Mattathil Mathew
Linkwinstar Mattathil Mathew is a Fine Gael local election candidate in Artane Whitehall, running to represent the people of Beaumont, Kilmore, Clonshaugh, Whitehall, Santry, Glasnevin, Priorswood, Darndale, Belcamp, Grace Park and Harmonstown.
He has lived in Kilmore for 18 years with his wife and children, who attended St. Fiachra’s School, Mercy College, and St. Aidan’s School. Linkwinstar is passionate about giving back to the local community that has given him and his family so much.
Originally from India, Linkwinstar’s journey to public service began with student and local politics. He is also an experienced teacher. Since moving to Ireland, he has been working with a local health care organization. His wife and several family members also work in the Irish health care system.
Linkwinstar is proud to have served as President of the Overseas Indian Cultural Congress since moving to Ireland. He has celebrated the rich, diverse culture while honouring Irish traditions.
He is involved with the Parish Council at St. Luke’s the Baptist Church in Kilmore and also serves on the Board of the Mary McCormack Charitable Foundation, fostering India-Ireland cooperation. Linkwinstar is experienced in working with people and getting things done.
